第一封,皇佳給VDH的信。
Dear Mr. Van den Hul,
There's customer here comparing with his Mainsstream bought at a key dealer of ours from what you describe in your web site, and having main questions as below that makes him wondering whether he has bought a fake one :
* His Mainsstream doesn't have "VDE-Reg.-Nr. 7824 CE" printed.
(-- In fact, these letters only printed on Mainsstream made in these 1-2 years.)
* There's "Note: For electric safety reasons this cable is not sold without connectors." announced in your web site.
(-- In fact, you did sold us Mainsstream cable in reels without connectors. )
Due to the reason that announcements in your web site has caused confusion to our local customers, and our explanation is not good enough for them, could you please response a.s.a.p. in order to pass it to our customers and clarity the doubts here.

第二封,VDH回覆的信。
Dear Mr. Fei,
As Mr. Van den Hul is visiting some of our dealers, I’m responding to your questions and remarks regarding our The MAINSSTREAM.
You are fully correct that the VDE registration number is printed since approx. 2 years. Reason we don’t mention this on our website is that it will generate even more confusion and we expect that the older cables have all found their way to the consumers.
The current situation is also such, that we only sell rolls of The MAINSSTREAM after a signed release form. In this form the distributor declares to take responsibility for terminating the cables correctly. It was never meant that the distributor would sell the cable on to dealers who in turn would sell it unterminated to regular clients. This is too risky and we are not prepared to take that kind of responsibility.
Rolls of cable should only be sold on for projects where a cable needs to be pulled through a wall or gutter and thus needs to be without a plug mounted.
In short, our website reflects our current, actual situation and not a situation that lies two or more years in the past.
I expect this statement will clarify the situation for your client. We’d further like to stress the point that you are a longstanding loyal and trustworthy distributor of whom we are certain that he will not get, or be, involved with counterfeit products.
